小比利|減脂甜點 |低卡甜點|高蛋白甜點| on Instagram: "Oreo蒸蛋糕！ 免烤箱‼️好吃又簡單‼️ 竟然不用烤箱！！！ 誰說電鍋不能做蛋糕，今天拿出祖傳的大同電鍋，來做一款簡單又好吃的蛋糕🍰 水潤綿密的口感，搭配OREO的香氣 好吃到不行💖 🍰食材 雞蛋：3顆 植物油：35g 牛奶：40g 低筋麵粉：50g 細砂糖：20g Oreo餅乾碎：20g 檸檬汁：3g 🍰作法 1️⃣ 分離蛋白與蛋黃 先將蛋白與蛋黃分開，分別備用。 2️⃣ 製作蛋黃糊 牛奶與植物油攪拌至乳化，加入過篩的麵粉攪拌均勻，最後加入蛋黃混合成順滑麵糊。 3️⃣ 打發蛋白霜 蛋白中加入一半砂糖與少許檸檬汁開始打發，過程中分次加入剩餘砂糖，打至可拉出小尖角的狀態。 4️⃣ 混合蛋糊 將蛋白霜分次與蛋黃糊切拌混合，再加入 Oreo 餅乾碎拌勻。 5️⃣ 蒸烤蛋糕 將麵糊倒入模具，底部包鋁箔、上方覆保鮮膜，放入電鍋按下煮飯鍵蒸約 30 分鐘，再悶 5 分鐘。 6️⃣ 震模排氣 出鍋後輕震兩下排出多餘空氣，倒扣放涼。 7️⃣ 脫模完成 完全放涼後脫模即可享用 📖常見問題🙋 🔍OREO可以換成其他餅
